It’s the end of February and this weather does not seem to be letting go of torturing our frozen bodies. It’s almost March and it snowed 11 inches this past weekend…11 inches. And not on Monday through Friday, but on Saturday; just long enough to trap you inside for weather permitting torture yet not stay long enough to have any days off work. Please raise your hand if this has been the most back and forth winter season to royally f#c% with your immune system. I think I’ve been sick more times this year than I have in the last 5. But by golly this snow wasn’t going to ruin a day of leather layering. Oh yes…leather on leather…on let’s be serious pleather.
Leather is not just for cat woman. It is not owned by Scarlett Johansson in Marvel’s the Avengers or the dominatrix neighbor you didn’t know you had. We can all join in the leather game. I’m here to show you just one option for layering leather in an effort to keep those bones from completely freezing over.
I’m a total believer that you can and should throw leather over virtually anything. Be it your craziest fur ball sweater with protruding bells or a sleek simple satin blouse. I LOVE IT. Let’s dub this outfit “Whipless leather layering remix.” Stay warm my darlings.
