I confess…I have officially jumped on the juicing bandwagon. #SorryNotSorry because it is amazing! I always thought juicing was a massive waste of fiber. I’ve always believed in the benefits it provides but I could never fully wrap my head around the waste of the left over “meat” of the fruits and vegetables. Seemed like such a waste to squeeze it dry and throw it away…unless…you could keep it! I was really excited to learn after much research that if you juice with organic fruits/veggies you can keep and use the “meat” from them in recipes like muffins, burgers, cookies, even dog treats. With the benefits of juicing and learning how to not waste leftovers I was on board 100%. Super excited to jump into the juicing game and get my body where it needs to be; free of toxins and full of nutrients. Today I’m showing you how to create a Carrot, Orange, Turmeric, and Ginger juice without a juicer for a bright orange and beautiful juice that will help keep you lean, beautiful, healthy, and seeing well.
