First I’ll just apologize for these quite terrible photos but this was SO DAMN GOOD I had to snap a couple quick pics and share it with you guys. I love this recipe because it’s a super easy appetizer that looks and tastes expensive. Definitely one you would whip up these next couple months during Thanksgiving and Christmas with friends and family over. This goat cheese log with fig jam, hot honey and pistachios is sure to impress.
The pistachios give a salty crunch that pair perfectly with the sweet fig jam, the sweet heat of the honey and the super creaminess of the goat cheese. Each bit is filled with the perfect balance of crunch, salty, creamy, and sweet. IT. IS. SO. GOOD. Seriously one of my favorite appetixers to serve.
I promise to take good pictures when I make this over the holidays. Just wanted to make sure I got this recipe up in time for you to share with your family and friends this year too.
