When it comes to getting in shape for Summer, we often forget that you have to start in Spring! It takes a minimum of 6 weeks to start seeing results after starting a workout plan, eating healthy, and getting into your exercise routine. Your body takes time to adjust and you have to give it a full chance to make a positive change.
