When it comes to the Holidays, everyone is running around, cooking, drinking, and having a great time. Each family usually has a job for each person and each family member plays a role in making the day come together. This year we have a role for the kiddies!
Rather than someones job being to watch the kids this year… give them something to do! Let them be a part of the holiday coming together. I had my neices and nephew paint this strip of burlap to create a fun decorative piece to our Thanksgiving dinner and they’ve already asked to create another one for Christmas.
Fingers, paint brushes, or in my nieces and nephews case, full on hands and arms; it all works to create a fun DIY Kids Painted Table Runner for the holidays. We used red, orange, and yellow for Thanksgiving and figured we could just let them add a little green come Christmas to use it again. Each family member has a job on making the holidays come together, this year let the kids be the main design.
